I have the privilege of living in Jacksonville, North Carolina, home to our military base, Camp Lejeune. A lot of my patients are military families. Sharing the joy of reading with our military families is a meaningful way to connect and show appreciation for their service and sacrifices. These special moments celebrate the dedication of our military community while fostering the importance of literacy and family connection.
